LBJ saying "I lost Cronkite..." was the equivelent of Bush saying "I've lost Limbaugh..."

Cronkite was a Democrat to his core...Just as Limbaugh is a Republican.

As for the rest of the media attacking Bush, I don't think Bush expects or even wants their accolades; and furthermore, Bush is attacted by the media on a daily basis.

Bush would love to have the media on his side the way LBJ had it on his.
