re: ISS research to be suspended in 2007?
Since NASA is going ahead with the Block 1 CEV they should just transfer the funds from COTS to cover ISS science. After all COTS is just for show anyway, to keep the alt.space crowd happy despite having never built any launch system of the size needed to really support ISS.
