And the purpose of the ISS and Shuttle is - - - ?
On the one hand it seems NASA is starting to recognize the boondoggle the Shuttle has been and the quagmire the ISS is.
On the other it seems sad to end research AFTER building the facility, training the people, for a budget shortfall roughly equivalent to the cost of sending John Glenn on his joyride.
Talk about priorities, budgeting, goals, and FUBAR!
