But note SpaceX is making things more efficient at the same time as improving telemetry. They are automating more of the monitoring, and cutting the required on site personnel. I don't think NASA "contracted" launch services ever conceive of cutting personnel requirements. Also, I am impressed by the speed and breadth of the SpaceX response. Man, what a difference between entrepreneurial zest and large governement cost plus funded largesse.
