Whether or not the driver was cooperating, the terrorists here and elsewhere routinely use for military purposes ambulances, hospitals, mosques and churches, schools, and other facilities that violate every standard of warfare.

As far as the cameraman goes, the terrorists play the media for all its worth. For a good time, look up "Pallywood."
