We are fighting terrorists and the nations that support them.
Check out this List of Terrorist Organizations. They're everywhere. Just like people with bad attitudes. The problem is you get a government like the Taliban that supports them. Then they can do real damage. That's why the Taliban is not being allowed to regain power. If members of the Taliban wish to form a different government, a democracy dedicated to the needs of their people rather than the death and destruction of people half-way around the world, then they need to put down their guns and do that. They will not be harmed. We are not the Huns.
