NSA eavesdropping program ruled unconstitutional
GWB's oath of office: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution of the United States: Before he enter on the execution of his office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States; and will, to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend, the Constitution of the United States."
And we all know that GWB has done his very best to create an Imperial Presidency and ignore the Constitution, undermine it, ignore it, and declare HIMSELF as the law of the land.
What's a nation that's governed by a person, and not laws?
