Incorporate the technology in some household device, say a stove or air conditioner, that does not need to be plugged in. They will get all the evaluation they need. They could sell it at Wal-Mart. Even better, they could give it away. That would prove there point effectively. They don't want our evaluation, they want our money.
Science is not the law: you are guilty until proven innocent. The "orthodox scientific establishment" is under no obligation to do product testing for every outrageous claim that comes along. If anomalists propose a device or process which no one can accept as legitimate, critics have no obligation to prove it wrong. It is up to the proponents to prove it right.
If you tell me there is an alien spacecraft buried under the Eifell Tower, I do not have to go there and dig the place up to prove you wrong. It is up to you to do that. And if the French authorities object to your excavations, that is not proof that you are right.
Now leave me alone, you are really starting to annoy me.
