They have not been allowed to conduct private interviews with all of the inmates, but they have yielded on that point. military.com

If the prisoners are indeed designated "prisoners of war", it will be interesting to see whether the US can prove that the people they're holding are indeed combattants, and what nation each one represented in the fighting. Terror is not a nation.
