As I recall, Bush is the guy who had to wear a radio to the debate, and couldn't testify before the 9-11 Commission without Cheney babysitting him.

First part of this is moonbat idiocy. As for the second part, Clinton had two people baby-sitting him during his testimony: Sandy Berger and Bruce Lindsey. Look the names up, if you need to. To my utter lack of surprise, the media completely spiked this fact while trumpeting the Bush-Cheney thing.
