Screw alternative energy sources! Now we can pump more oil out in the hurricane highway and continue to destroy the environment for decades more until it's too late!!!

Honestly, the discovery wouldn't be a bad thing if we had environmentally responsible leadership that would use it short term to limit our dependence on islamic oil. Unfortunately we all know this will be an excuse by our current oil-profiting schmuck of a president and all his lemming followers to further ignore the dangers our oil based economy presents to our environment and thus our very civilization.
