OS is Windows 2000.

Safe mode didn't stop the virus from stopping all my attempts. The programs I burned won't install from DOS, only Windows, so that's out too unless anyone knows of a free DOS antivirus program. Doing a quick search brought up this:

It might work as long as this particular virus definition is included. I'll give it a try.
