Osama Bin Laden is slowly dying from kidney disease, despite getting the very best medical attention from Arabian doctors. He looks like hell, and is afraid that his picture will discourage rather than encourage his fanatical followers.

Yes, I suspect that he is in Arabia, living on the estate of one of his most loyal and wealthy followers. That is why we have been unable to locate him in either Afghanistan or Pakistan.
