Jane & Finch
Bayview & Finch
Dundas West & Bloor
Queen & Jarvis

Statistically most crime is committed along Yonge Street. But that includes every kind of crime. Probably plenty of other bad areas too in outlying burbs. But keep in mind that Toronto is a huge city for it's population. It's (unofficially) something like 100 miles across with only 5 million people.
