Current Events » in reply to divine inspiration

Thank you Robert; whether my interpretation was divinely inspired or not, is open for scrutiny.

My reasoning for this way of interpreting the writing in the Bible is that; according to scientists, the Earth is only about 4 billion years old whereas the universe is more than 13 billion years old.
If humans will survive for another 9 or 10 billion years, I am certain that they will have space travel perfected to a stage where they can visit other planets in the galaxy, or perhaps outside our own galaxy.
If humans could do it in the future, then why not beings elsewhere in the universe doing it now or in the past.
Suppose that space faring beings did come to Earth thousands of years ago and wrote the information that they understood to be true and impressed on the Earthly recipients that it was extremely valuable and very important to preserve that message in its original condition for all eternity. Naturally the natives would comply with the request from such frightening and powerful beings and would make a religion out of what was written down. On the other hand; the writings could have been divinely inspired with the same result.
Regardless of the origin, I am making the assumption that the writings are truly scientific and then I am considering how they can be explained in the modern scientific terms. As pointed out in the previous post, if we consider “heaven” as “empty space” and “earth” as “Higgs field” then that would explain the existence of space and the precursor of mass The interesting thing is that the concepts were written in the best language of the time, thousands of years ago. Are we only now beginning to understand the information in the Bible.
What comes next; in the book it says: and the earth was without form and void. The question then arises; what would the Higgs field be like without energy.
I suspect that it would be without form and void, in other words, it would encompass the whole universe but it would be useless because there would be no energy involved in its makeup. As you know e=mc^2, therefore if there was no energy there would be no useful mass.
Naturally, if there was no energy then everything in the universe would be dark, according to science any movement constitutes energy, therefore when in 1:2 it says: And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. It perfectly explains the process that is needed to “make” mass out of space, Higgs field, and energy. (I have called the Higgs field, protomass in previous posts.)
We know that light is energy, without energy there would be no mass or light.
The 1:5 is interesting but enough for now.
