Bottom line Tom. If there are horrible Afghan thugs in those prisons that committed heinous crimes against our country and other humans then I and I'm sure every other participant wishes for the justice they have coming to them. Nobody I have ever read on here has demanded that guilty people be set free only that we don't become what we despise and that we always have the goal of protecting our Constitution at all costs.

Oh, and by the way, if you don't like the precedents we've set for how our courts work under our system of government then may I suggest you find a country you can live where lynch mobs are the rule. And stop with this claim of war criminals. Last I heard we hadn't declared war since WWII.
