My cousin is technician at Turkey Point, the nuke plant in S. Dade. They use the plant's cooling ponds as an environmental reserve, and they let the staff fish there, so one day my cuz came home with a cooler full of blue crab packed in ice, courtesy of one of his workmates.

Not feeling up to the job of cleaning them, he offered them to his neighbor, a recent immigrant from Belgium (I wonder if she knows Raoul!).
