re: GOP and torture
Are national leaders who have retired from public service immune from civil prosecution for their actions while in office? I wonder if there's any cases waiting in the wings for the day after Bush's administration goes back out onto the streets? Even if they can't be prosecuted for war crimes it would be true justice to watch them squirm as their spoils of war are wrenched from their greedy little palms.
