Pardons don't stop lawsuits do they?

Well, what I'm talking is lawsuits. Pardons only extend to criminal charges.

Hit em where it hurts the most - the wallet. You have to remember that many in the administration are probably closeted and frustrated gay men. Putting them into prison might be something they actually want.
