was issued on January 19, 2001, well before the official beginning of the Atlantic hurricane season and was superseded by Executive Order Number 01-261.

(Correction: Executive Order Number 01-261 was issued four days before 9/11.)

The folks over at Infowars seem to have a very loose definition of what constitutes martial law.
