Loaded and ready to go: Kill the tax cuts (Rangel), shut down the executive branch with investigations and impeachment (everybody), bring the Fairness Doctrine back with some real teeth (Louise Slaughter), and a lot of other fun things.

What kind of "plan" should Bush have in place? Should that be a hard question to answer?
