Look familiar? Orwell was a Socialist. He saw Oligarchical Collectivism coming a long time ago.

He got the class nomenclature off, but was pretty close on the percentages. The Outer Party is, of course, the Middle Class. As we run short of proles, the replacements can only come from the O.P.
