--If this "celebration" were happening years before Iran had any WMD programs at all, it would have little relevance.
--If a country was building nuclear weapons, say for example, England, who did not have a religious pyschotic running the place, and formal state-sponsored demonstrations calling for annihilation of its enemies, there would also be little reason for concern.
Is it that difficult to understand that the combination of the "celebration" and the weapons development describes the problem?
