Unfortunately, Republicans take credit for the Sun coming up, and blame Democrats for it going down.

Who is at fault for Iraq, and where's Osama? Who was on watch on 9-11, and where's the surplus Bush inherited?

Bet you'll say Iraq is a success, and no one could have found Osama. "Who would have thought terrorists would fly airplanes into buildings?", and there was no surplus.
