The sample was 10 recruiting stations. Is the theory that every recruiting station only has one recruiter in it? Maybe so. Anybody know the answer? This is another of many cases where I would give a lot to see what's on the cutting room floor.
Sue is a major activist. Failing to mention this in the story is the equivalent of identifying John O'Neill as a "Vietnam veteran" and nothing more.
