I think friendship SHOULD last after a break up unless there was an acrimonious divorce or something, or one partner was unstable. As for trying to figure out who the right person is to marry, just ask all the divorced people out there!

I've always wanted to be the one who re-writes "Cinderella" because that fairy tale is so destructive to a young girl's emotional psyche. She grows up believing some handsome prince is going to sweep her off her feet and take her to a palace where they live happily ever after.
EVERY woman dreams of a perfect marriage. What she gets is a good dose of reality. As a matter of fact, the longer you live, the more you know. Hopefully some get it right. (Some never do).
