Sorry couldn't resist. Life scout would register high on the geek meter with many, but I always felt bad about not progressing very far. Religious issues got in my way as I just didn't feel comfortable in a holy roller crowd at a time I was struggling over questions about religion. It stands in the way of me wanting to get my son involved in the scouts now. My Boss is really in to it with his sons and I'd really like to camp and explore regularly with my son.
