Is that, considering the vast amount of hay that was made about corruption, earmarks, lobbyist abuses, and all the rest, you might think the Democrats would, at the very least, make the changes suggested in the article.
If they don't, that means that they are going to keep on going with the same old stuff. Only major difference will be the press won't care.
