Their plans are horribly flawed.
I remember Tim Russert interviewing Cheyne on Meet The Press just prior to the begining of the war.
Russert: "Mr. Vice President, do you think the American people are prepared for a long, costly and bloody battle?"
Cheyne: "I really don't think it's likely to unfold that way Tim. Because I really do believe we will be greated as liberaters."
