I don't tihnk there is much argument that Wahhabi schools teach hostility against non-Salafis (or non-Wahhabis). It's a bit hard to pin down how far the hostility extends, as there are extreme accounts from both sides.

(Non-Salafis include Sunnis as well as all non-Muslims)

From what I have gathered, most of the funding for these schools comes from Saudi Arabians - not Iraqis, not Syrians, not Iranians, not Pakistanis, not Indonesians, not North Koreans.

Saudi Arabia - which in 2005 exported $27.2 billion to the US and imported $6.8 billion.

Saudi Arabia - which has purchased some $435 billion worth of arms from the US since 1990.

Saudi Arabia - the place that Osama bin Laden came from, the home country of most of the 9/11 plotters.
