when you inject serious discussion into some true satire but I'll play along.
I really do think that what you suggest is the final solution to it all. Those diametrically opposed divisions will simply never be able to govern together. The country needs to be divided, governments formed for all the entities, and the oil revenues divided up equitably between the regions.
Here's the rub. We can't do this for them and any influence we try to exert will only delay or mess up the inevitable and cause the death of more people than if we stay out of it.
