Vietnam, Singapore, China... they don't underestimate the seriousness of this problem. They know exactly how serious it is, and they deal with it accordingly. This is one area where I disagree with my fellow countrymen on how justice should be achieved. Perhaps addicts could go into rehab and given a second chance. But not dealers. They ruin lives for profit.
