it was more than 3 years ago and I had to search for the link because you didn't provide them and found more papers than you had not referenced.

But and most importantly at no point does Daniel D. Mazanek NASA LaRC claim lunar CAPS is required to detect a hazards. He only says if we have a lunar base it would be cool to make a lunar telescope that could be used for exoplanet hunting and CAPS. This is not saying the nonsense you say about the matter.
