We have variety boards, such Current Events, Space, and Flame; if "galaxion" can only insult others, he/she/it can post at the Flame board.
Meanwhile, I and anyone with any sense will dismiss them as one of an endless stream trolls who have achieved greatest by acquiring a computer and internet connection.
