Serious Question
What would be the response of the UN Security Council if Iran gave a nuclear device to a terrorist group, who then lit it off someplace large & populated? Would they blame the terrorist group, or Iran? What would follow from this event? Would G8 countries be united and willing to use nukes on Iran, and kill millions in retaliation? How do you stop them? I'm just wondering.
