To be blinded by partisanship is to fail to discharge one's duty as a citizen to make the best judgments possible. The Founders called upon us to be the nation's think tank, it's brain trust; and we fail in our duty when we merely sing in the choir and parrot the words and thoughts of others.
Given that I'm one of the few people here who regularly brings sources, facts, numbers, and real information to the table rather than simply going by whatever is making the rounds on the news services, routinely blowing actual propaganda out of the water, I hope I'm not the only person you're directing this at.
