I agree. After being on board with SketchUP since version 2 and flying out to Bolder and participating in Base Camp, I am sorry to see we no longer get the small company service. I think SU is a great program and would not mind paying more and getting better service. I payed almost 4 grand for my CAD software and continue to pay 300-600 dollars for upgrades, but I can call that company and get sales or tech support. Now I am sitting here with version 6 pro stuck in eval mode running out of minutes as it would take my licences number. I hope they call me back or email me soon.
