What I mean by this, is that the interruptions to the sUS pace programme post-mid-Apollo are equivalent to stepping back 20 years. There is actually rather little gap wht the space prgrammes of the former CCCp and of othe inheritors such as China, India, Korea, Pakistan, Taiwan...
