The media, to put it bluntly, often lies, not by putting out untrue information, but by selecting and omitting things from original sources to feed whatever impression they want to get across.

I have no idea whether this report favors my point of view or not. I haven't read anything except the survey number tables. But I posted the link, so people can do their own thinking.

Too bad this isn't going to be true of the IPCC Climate Change report, some of which is not due to be released for months. So now we are being treated to selective "leaks," pieces of early drafts, and other items to feed the beast before the actual data becomes available.

Reputable scientists associated with this study, and there are many, were annoyed at this behavior when the last report came out.
