re: "Ice score records"? Who transcribed this mess?

I don't know perhaps some intern at Larry King or at Senate.

But the question I had was does anyone [at this board] have any clue as to how accurate the resolution on ice core records in regard to temperature are said to be.
You know a large error might possibly be used to refute that CO2 levels follow warming trends- though that probably unlikely since the people who believe that CO2 causes global warming would already have pounced on that, but then again they do seem to be pretty stupid.

Of course upon reflection, since the pertain question now is the degree of resolution and ice core are NOT that similar to tree rings [which are yearly {or better}, it's more understandable why tree rings were so involved in the manufacture of the Hockey Stick. In other words if the resolution of ice cores were fine enough [say even to resolution of a decade] then the ice core from the Arctic and Antarctic would given pretty good indication of global temperature for last 1000 years. And in regard to "Global Warming" myth the Arctic & Antarctic would be the best way to determine "global temperature"- better than 10 or 100 or 1000 separate location in the tropics, I mean.
