It's telling that so called "patriots" and other conservatives aren't absolutely outraged over the outting of a covert CIA agent and then lying and covering up.

Every means possible has been explored to hide this - she wasn't covert being the biggest one. And that's patently untrue, isn't even being discussed in Libby's case. One would expect those inside Bush's inner circle would have 'fessed up in the name of honesty, integrity and respecting the people who have their lives on the line for the US.

These are people who say they honor Americas fighting forces, the people who serve in defense of our country. She had a desk job, her life wasn't on the line. What a sad, sick joke.

"Libby is charged with perjury, obstruction and lying to the FBI in an indictment that focuses in part on his statements to a federal grand jury investigating the leak of the CIA identity of Valerie Plame. Libby says any misstatements he made were because of memory flaws."

What if Bill Clinton or Al Gore had done this? We all know the answer.

Conservatives righteousness is simply a convenience, as has been demonstrated. Hope we've heard the end of their pious braying and of their smearing any one else. The Right doesn't have the right.
