There's a reason it isn't being discussed in the Libby case.
It was never an issue. Even the judge, after hearing all the testimony so far, says he knows nothing of her actual status.
This entire fiasco, the focus of intense Democratic fire for many months, died in all rational minds the second Fitzgerald emerged with only indictments on Libby on perjury and obstruction charges. Nothing whatsoever on the actual leak.
No crime.

This trial has been running on fumes for months, and everybody knows it.
