Other things I've seen examples of (off the top of my head) include:
Accusing dissenters of blasphemy, excommunicating disbelievers from the fold, the sending of disciples to spread the gospel, the worship of chosen leaders, and the promise of apocalypse for unbelievers.
I have seen dissenters placed in the same specific category as Holocaust deniers. Is this really appropriate?
