Sometimes I honestly believe you have a subroutine that writes this patter. You sound like Foul Ol' Ron sometimes.

If there is a working agreement--and given North Korea's past performance, I'm not holding my breath--it is due to the steady six-party negotations that have been taking place for a long time.

The idea that diplomacy was suddenly just "tried" is ridiculous.
