It took Baathists to control the crowds before, now we have a police force paid for by our American dollars....and soldiers, trying to accomplish the very same thing? Only this time with no infrastructure, and the very people you are trying to help are those that are trying to do you the most harm. Especially when they have VOWED that.

It's a lose/lose situation, and we get to pay for Bush's mistakes (just like the S&L's). Some people still think a democracy is possible over there, just like the PNAC suggested. Personally I think the PNAC inventors must have put something in the public water supply that makes the masses even THINK this can be possible.
