Flame » in reply to AGAIN... DO YOU SUPPORT THESE ACTIONS, OR DENOUNCE THEM?

You're getting shrill.

Your question requires that I accept your premise, and I don't.

I don't care about the attorney replacements one way or the other, any more than I care about who the White House hires to take dictation.

Don't you understand that Democrats screaming at the top of their lungs that something is a crime against the constitution, God and man, is not a mandate for me to make a moral judgement on something only they pretend is a moral issue?

There is nothing illegal about the replacement of the attorneys, and as I'm pointing out with the examples of the actual cases, there isn't even anything unethical about it.

If there is one real issue remaining, it's Gonzales failing to report things accurately. Like the Plame case, eventually this issue will degrade to "lying to Congress" about a crime that never happened.

If anything, I'm disappointed that the Bush administration has handled this badly. Instead of running scared, talking about "mistakes," and tossing people to the wolves, which only makes the wolves hungrier, they should have stood up and told the accusers to put up or shut up, and been perfectly honest about all this.
