"I am referring to Evan Sayet, a “9/13 Republican”, former New York liberal and Hollywood writer.*
Like the Global Warming documentary, this is a long video (45 min.) which is well worth your time. I’ll echo a comment by Ace on this - go five minutes with it and you’ll want to see the whole thing."

This addresses a fundamental problem of our society.
The philosophy which underlies this is relativism- which has come to mean that there is no such thing as good or evil. One could say that our current culture is an experiment which is proving that this relativism doesn't work- whether we will actually survive such idiocy is another question. And how we haven't already committed suicide is also an interesting mystery.
One question that occurred to me is, is this really something new? Or is there a pattern of this throughout human history? If this is unique, that in itself would be interesting. It would indicate that this has something to you with technology- or "amazing luck".
If it's a phenomenon that has occurred throughout history, that could help in understanding history.
