Good advice
I only smoked twice in my life. During my teens and in my mid-thirties when I was separated from my husband. And both times I quit the same way. No more than four a day. None after breakfast. And only one in the evening. I had brief relapses after each time, but got dizzy after.
It was easy to quit.
It's a nasty habit. Having worked in a pharmacy for many years, I can always tell the smokers just by the way they look when they come in the door. And they always look ten years older than their birthdate. And take three times as many medications as non-smokers do at their age.
