She is brave and balanced
But she is still blaming God for the death of her son.
She doesn't understand the Wheel of Life and that maybe it was his time to go. I would think this inner bitterness could be what is setting off her immune system. You can all bark and wail at me all you like but she has to come to grips with her own religion. She is waiting for God to save her in her dying moments.
I think differently.
