I hope the article is correct, but it doesn't seem like bottle-rocket science to me. Sounds more like an excuse to blow away pickup trucks indiscriminately.

Now, I wonder why a mortar in the back of a van wouldn't work. Except for being stinky. Could shoot out of a sunroof or side window which could be replaced immediately.
